Participation Process
First Stage: Preparing of ICGYSE Material
Here, we briefly explain the process for participating in the ICGYSE congress. First, download the full-text template here. Prepare your research according to the specified standards.
Note: To participate in the congress, you are asked to upload a 15-minute video of your presentation to YouTube at the end of the full text and include the video link at the end of the full text. This is mandatory. This is so that participants with emergencies on the day of the congress can have their YouTube videos played by the session chair, ensuring the congress process is not interrupted.
Second Stage: Submission to the ICGYSE OJS Portal
Complete the submission process by registering with the OJS congress participation portal using the link provided. After the congress evaluation committee's peer review process, you'll check your acceptance or rejection decision in the system. If accepted, you'll proceed to the next stage.
Third Stage: Participation of Congress Payment
At this stage, pay the congress participation fee through the relevant menu on the congress website and complete the congress application. Wait for the congress email confirming that your congress application is complete. The congress program will be announced three days before the congress date. You will be able to see the presentation date and time on the program. In case of emergency, such as not being able to attend at that time on the congress day, please notify the session chair or the congress secretariat. The YouTube video you prepared will be available for emergencies.
Fourth Stage: Publication of e-Book (Abstract), Certificate, Publication of Articles
Participation certificates will be distributed to all participants on the last day of the congress. Participants are required to submit full-text manuscripts selected by the congress scientific committee to articles published in Genc Bilge Publishing journals supporting the ICGYSE. Peer review processes in these journals are independent of the ICGSYE. Therefore, selection of articles does not guarantee acceptance for publication in the journals. However, ICGYSE provides participants with the opportunity to publicize their research in relevant academic journals, to further develop their research through academic discussions held during the congress, and to enhance its quality and acceptance.
